We’re pleased to partner with DHL for our 2 working day deliveries alongside B2C Europe for UK and Ireland.
B2C Europe takes 3 to 5 working days.
Express DHL takes 1 to 2 working days.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Artifacts Apparel. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item please ensure that it is within 14 days and also
- Items are unworn/unwashed
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns on Jewellery, underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- All item still have the original tags and packaging and are in a re-sellable condition
- If shoes, they haven’t been worn or shows no sign of it
- No stains or marks
- Items must be returned at the customers expense
How do I return an item?
Please use the returns note provided and use the reason codes to give us a reason, as well as your name and order number.
Enclose your returns note with the items and package up securely.
We would recommend keep proof of your returns postage etc as we may need these in the future if their is a problem with your return. As failure to do so may result in is not being able to process the return.

If your case does not satisfy the terms of our returns policy we reserve the right not to refund you.
How do I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange you can but only for a different size of the same item. If you would like a different item completely you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
How long does the returns process take?
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your order and process your return. We will send you an email when this is done and confirm the refund amount.
Will you refund my delivery costs?
We don’t cover the costs of returns postage if you choose to send back an unwanted item, unless the item is faulty or damage on arrival. If so please contact us and if returned please keep proof of postage as you will need this.
Can I amend my order?
Due to the quick turnover of the delivery process in order to get your parcel to you as quick as possible, Unfortunately once you have confirm and paid for your items you won’t be able to make any changes.
Can I amend my delivery address?
If you notice their is an error with your shipping address please contact us as quick as possible via either email or Instagram direct message we will try and edit this for you but if it is to late we are not held responsible as you had confirmed this previously when ordering. If we can not amend your item will be sent with the information given and confirmed, once it has been dispatched we aren’t liable for incorrect shipping addresses.
What happens if my return has gone missing?
Please keep your receipt as proof that you have returned your items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing. You’ll need your receipt to be able to claim for your missing parcel from the courier. We recommend sending your items back to us on a tracked service.
What happens if I forget to use my discount code?
Once the order has been placed we can not deduct or refund the amount back to you but you can use the code on your next order.
How much is delivery? How long does it take?
Delivery takes 3-5 working days. All parcels must be signed for so please provide an address where you will be able to sign for your package. Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the parcel back to us.

Help! I’ve received the wrong item/ order what do I do?
We’re sorry about that, mistakes can happen sometimes if you contact firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail us with your order number we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.
Help! I’m missing an item, what should I do?
We apologise this could be due to an item being out of stock please check your emails and account that you haven’t been refunded for this item. If you have not received any funds or an email please email us at email@example.com and we will look into this for you.
